Welcome to the Visualization of Biological Processes Blog. The intent
is to follow the development of a teaching application that encompasses
modeling, simulation and a dynamic visualization of the transcription
regulation process. The application will be used to teach biology
students the concepts of stochastic transcriptional regulation.
I will use this blog to explore and write about different aspects of the modeling, simulation, and visualization methods that are available as well as the selection of methods for our teaching application.
